Please note that your registration becomes valid only after receipt of payment and after confirmation by the PHeLINet Office.In order to obtain a valid registration as PhD student and physician in training, an official document from the head of department confirming the training status has to be sent to the PHeLINet Office no later than 10 days after online registration.

Registration fee

Please note that as from January 15th 2008, accommodation is not included anymore in the school registration though it is still possible to register to the training courses for the same fees.

The registration fee includes:

  • Attendance of the course
  • Teaching material for the course
  • Coffees and lunches (Monday 21st to Saturday 26th, January 2008)
  • Welcome dinner and farewell lunch (Monday 21st and Saturday 26th, January 2008)
Attendance fees
€ 670 for PhD students and physicians in training as well as for PHeLINet members € 1190 for Basic scientists, physicians, technicians, and others

PhD students and physicians in training will possibly share a twin beds room.

Participants are responsible for their travel arrangements and extra nights that they might want to take. Please contact the PHeLINet Office for these.

Terms of cancellation

In case of cancellation of the registration by the participant:
Before December 21st, 2007, the registration fee less 20% for administrative costs will be refunded.
After December 22nd, 2007, no refund will be granted.
