| We invite you to attend and participate in the Lung Imaging
Workshop, that will take place
in Krakow, Poland, 24-27 May 2010, organised by the Polarised Helium
Lung Imaging Network (PHeLINet), funded by the 6th European Community
Framework. This is an open meeting with a limit to 90 participants and
priority for registration for Phelinet members. |
|
The PHeLINet Network comprises of 11 European academic groups
and 6 industrial partners working in the field of magnetic resonance
imaging of the lung. Researchers and students from laboratories all over
the world will meet to share their expertise
on gas polarisation techniques, imaging protocols and diagnostic
potentials of proton and
noble gas imaging of the lungs.
The participants will be familiarised with the currently used
techniques, as well as recent clinical and pre-clinical applications of
proton and hyperpolarised noble gas MR imaging of the lungs. Other
modalities used for lung imaging, such as PET and CT will be also
discussed.
All participants are welcome to present a poster during Poster
session (height-width 250cm x 100cm maximum).
